Knife Cutlery

Knife cutlery is used to accomplish various tasks related to food. These include preparing and serving items. Of course, this equipment is also used for eating.

There are many different types of knife cutlery. The chef's knife is among the most popular. They are also known as French knives and generally come at lengths of either six, eight, or ten inches.

Paring knives are another popular form of knife cutlery. They are ideal for many fruit and vegetable applications. These include trimming, peeling, dividing, and cutting such things as asparagus, apples, radishes, and celery.
